1. Introduction

Fabriq3D (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of workshop owners, team members, and storefront visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your data when using our cloud platform.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. Google OAuth Account Information:

When you sign in using Google OAuth 2.0, we request access only to your basic profile: your primary email address, display name, profile picture URL, and unique Google account identifier. We never request or access your Google Drive, Gmail messages, contacts, or calendar.

B. Workshop & Production Data:

We store the workshop configuration parameters you provide, including studio names, WhatsApp contact numbers, electricity tariffs (cost per kWh), 3D printer profiles (wattage and lifespan), filament spools, hardware items, and cost recipes.

C. File Assets & 3D Models:

Product images and 3D geometry files (.STL, .3MF, .GCODE) uploaded through the platform are securely stored in isolated S3-compatible object storage partitions segregated by your unique workshop tenant ID.

D. Payment & Billing Data:

Payment card processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Fabriq3D never receives, sees, or stores your raw credit card numbers or bank credentials. We retain only reference customer IDs (cus_...) and subscription status flags provided by Stripe webhooks.

3. Cookies and Session Storage

We use strictly necessary first-party HTTP cookies for authentication and tenant session routing:

print3d_session: Encrypted HMAC-SHA256 session token verifying your authenticated user identity.
print3d_tenant: Identifies your currently active workshop workspace.
print3d_logged_out: Prevents unauthorized session rehydration after explicit sign-out.

We do not utilize third-party cross-site advertising trackers or sell browsing data to data brokers.

4. Data Isolation and Multi-Tenant Architecture

Fabriq3D implements logical multi-tenant database isolation. Every database query, catalog index, and S3 asset path is scoped to your workshop's unique tenantId. Members of one workshop cannot access or view files, recipes, or inventory belonging to another workshop.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure sub-processors strictly to operate the platform:

Google Identity Services: Secure OAuth 2.0 user authentication.
Stripe Inc.: Payment processing, fraud prevention, and recurring subscription billing.
Cloud Object Storage Providers (AWS / Cloudflare): Encrypted S3 storage for catalog photos and 3D files.

6. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Regardless of your geographic location, you possess the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Rectify inaccurate or outdated workshop records.
Request complete deletion of your user account, workshops, and uploaded 3D files from our database and S3 storage.
Export your product catalogs and cost recipes.
